Ukraine Survival Chicago: Campaign Launch Photos

Save Ukraine Now launched its national campaign to ship emergency supplies to the war-torn nation with a series of events in Chicago. Events included a regional prayer breakfast and a banquet.  These premier gatherings of high-level friends of Ukraine helped to raise awareness about the unfolding humanitarian crisis and mobilize support to ensure that the crisis does not become a catastrophe.

General Wesley Clark, former NATO commander and Presidential candidate, spoke at Northwestern University and respected religious leaders of Ukraine addressed the gatherings including Metropolitan Epiphanius of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Bishop Ian Sobilo of the Roman Catholic Church, the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine, Yaakov Dov Bleich, Bishop Valeriy Reshetinskiy representing evangelical churches of Ukraine, and the Mufti of Ukraine, Sheikh Ahmed Tamim. Video greetings were sent by Patriarch Filaret of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and Stanislaw Szyrokoradiuk, Bishop of Kharkiv-Zaporizhia.
